From there, beers are conveyed to our conditioning room to age
and mellow. Finally, they are
moved to our serving tanks and then on to our taproom. This time
intensive process assures
a fresh, full-bodied and non-filtered ale. We hope you'll taste
the difference at first sip.
In addition to our best-selling IPA, our variety of barleywines
are a year-round favorite, as is our
homemade Root Beer (especially with kids).
Given our diminutive size, other ales are offered in rotation,
and we are always adding new
selections to our beer menu, such as Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen
and Blood Money Red Ale.
Rotational specials are the lifeblood of our business and as a
small brewery we can take more
